We're excited to welcome Nora Stephens to lead July 28th Free Outdoor Yoga on Cambridge Common.
Nora has been sharing yoga for more than 20 years and believes that yoga is for every body. Her classes combine mindful movement, thoughtful alignment, breath, and a sense of playfulness to create an experience that is welcoming, supportive, and accessible for practitioners of all levels.
Whether this is your very first yoga class or you've been practicing for years, Nora will help you find a practice that meets you exactly where you are.
