Your generosity helps us provide free and sliding-scale programs, pay our Community Wellness Educators fairly, bring care into trusted community spaces, and train the next generation of trauma-informed wellness leaders.

$22 — Provides a class for someone who cannot afford to pay
$88 — Provides four weeks of movement, care, and connection
$264 — Provides a full 12-week series — a whole season of support for a new mother, caregiver, older adult, survivor, or community member
$500 — Helps sustain accessible programming with a community partner
Sustaining and growing the work
$750 — Provides yoga mats and props for a community partner site
$1,500 — Equips two community partner sites with mats and props
$2,500 — Supports our Maternal & Women’s Health Ecosystem across pregnancy, postpartum, loss, caregiving, midlife, and healthy aging
$4,250 — Sponsors a Teacher Training Scholarship, helping remove financial barriers to our 200-Hour Training and Mentoring Program and creating pathways into wellness leadership
