Your generosity keeps yoga and wellness accessible for the people and communities who need it most. Every gift supports trauma-informed care and helps build healthier, more connected communities.
Direct care & community classes
$75 – One trauma-informed class where a mother can pause, breathe, and reconnect
$150 – One month of prenatal or postpartum support for a mother
$250 – Sustains community programs and supports Black and Brown wellness leaders
$500 – Anchors free classes in neighborhoods where support is disappearing
Program sustainability & workforce development
$750 – Yoga mats & props for a community partner site
$1,500 – Equip two community partner sites with mats & props
$2,500 – Support the Maternal & Women’s Health Ecosystem (fertility, prenatal, postpartum, menopause, loss)
$4,250 – Sponsor one Teacher Training Scholarship for a Black, BIPOC, or marginalized woman from an underserved community in our 200-Hour Training and Mentoring Program
